MouseHelp,
LLC was founded by Melissa Carnevale. Melissa
has received a B.S. in Human Services and an MBA with dual
majors: E-Commerce
and Computer Information Systems.
As
an experienced developer and manager of intranet,
extranet and internet sites combined with her deep knowledge
of on-line
marketing, Melissa is uniquely suited for on-line marketing
communications of all types. Melissa has authored web
sites for several technical, engineering, and manufacturing
companies.
She has managed the digital marketing activities, which
involved
the management
of international web sites, two extranets, and all the
on-line marketing activities (web seminars, customer database
management,
analysis of web statistics, etc.) Data mining, e-newsletters,
web seminars, on-line advertising, search engine optimization
and technical writing are areas of signficant experience
for Melissa.
MouseHelp
has a network supporting both the simple and complex sides
of digital communication. MouseHelp has access to a team
of knowledge providers to assist with specific project
requirements.
Additionally,
MouseHelp's expert staff is sought out for independent
consulting from start-up companies and knowledge managment
companies
on the East Coast.
